Hot air balloons can only fly in stable weather conditions, which include light and stable surface and upper winds, no rain, clear and legal visibility with an appropriate cloud base, and no thunderstorm activity in the area or forecast.
Safety is our top priority. Activities may be cancelled if conditions are unsuitable. Please note that refunds cannot be issued in the event of limited or no ballooning activity. We have lots of activities and entertainment throughout the day for everyone to enjoy!
All tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable. Entry requires a valid ticket and ID (if requested). No re-entry unless stated. The lineup, schedule, and venue are subject to change. If postponed, tickets remain valid; if cancelled, refunds are issued per policy (excluding fees). Attendees enter at their own risk, the event is not liable for loss, injury, or theft. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and outside food/drinks. Disruptive behavior = ejection without refund. By attending, you consent to photography/media use.
